So I took a motorcycle class this past weekend. I’m not sure which I hate more, ski culture or motorcycle culture. They both involve buying things for a bunch of money that you don’t use all that often. Skiing gear is cheaper when you consider the cost of a motorcycle and insurance, but you have to go on vacation to do it. The people of each culture are very different, but similar in that they all expect you to know what they are talking about, but want to show that they know more than you do. My only complaint about the class is that they kindof assume that you are going to buy a harley, or atleast push harley’s. The number of people who bought a bike before they knew how to ride a motorcycle astounded me.
Bottom line is that I bought a motorcycle before I bought a snowboard, so I guess I choose hillbillies and frat boys over stoners and aristocrats… but that was probably to be expected. So I’m starting a gang… if interested apply to my email address, we are in desperate need of a good clubhouse, so if you have a good hangout we’ll probably let you in.
